    Disappointed because they state that they have a heated pool but it was ice cold the entire stay of 3 days. The main reason I chose this hotel was to be able to have our grandson come and swim and we couldn't do that. I asked if I could cut our stay short but was told I would still be charged. If you're not planning to use the pool then it's fine. Breakfast was good.

    The only thing is that the breakfast limited, but the coffee is amazing. Rooms are well taken care of. Staff is polite. It would be nice to have a couple benches outside for relaxing and enjoying the environment which is peaceful and calm.

    I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It was great when it opened but is getting worse as the years go by. I always check in online on the Hilton App, but when I go to get my digital key it never shows up. I always have to go by the desk first. They never know why it doesn't work, but after stopping by the desk it miraculously works. Doesn't make sense. I then go to my room and the first thing I notice is the tile is coming off the wall in the bathroom. It's just laying on the floor. I take a picture and go back downstairs and show the clerk. I emailed them the photo. I never heard from anyone at the desk my entire stay. I will need to rethink this hotel in the future. I really do not think the staff cares about their customers. The best thing about this place is the location. Right near the interstate.

    The hotel appears to be clean but it could really use a deep cleaning. There was dog hair all over the pull out couch & they don’t wash/change the comforters (only the sheets). The staff was awesome & the amenities are decent. Overall we choose this hotel because of its location & the Hilton Honors discount.
