  Our stay at Spark by Hilton was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and modern, and the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

  The location is excellent for exploring Bluffton and a short drive to Hilton Head. Easy parking and a hassle-free check-in process.

  The manager on duty “Andy” was asleep and not helpful. We had to start throwing things to wake him up “ not vandalizing. He said he would not give us a room because we disturbed him from his sleep as he was drooling at the front counter. When we asked him if we woke him up, he drooled and wiped his eyes and said no and he was yawning. There was a dead rat in the lobby and a very distinct smell of human feces. There was a heavy smell of curry coming from Andy. Would not recommend. I would sleep in your car.

  Be very careful with acess to your debit card they ask for it for 25$ incidentals.Upon check out they charge mysterious damage fees of hundreds of dollars. They do not call you back ,give you a list of damages,no email just avoidance .I researched and found several complaints to this practice.

  This hotel is right off the highway, extremely close to Sam's Club, Walmart, Kroger, many, many restaurants and fast food. But you would never know it because it's nestled off to the back, by the woods, so you'll hear birds chirping before you'll hear the seemingly distant traffic. When you walk in, all you'll smell is cleanliness and fabuloso. It looked like i could eat off the floor of my spacious room. I did everything digitally...i made my reservation online, let the hotel choose my room(i usually choose it myself, but they chose a great room for me). I checked in on the app and received my digital key there, allowing me to skip the front desk and go directly to my room. There's something about seeing the message on the TV, welcoming me by name and listing my Hilton Honors level that gives me the warm fuzzies! Not all Hiltons do that. I finally paid attention to the Hilton app and saw that I could control the TV with MY PHONE!! Germaphobes don't have to worry about touching the remote. I saw that some hotels allow you to use the app to turn on/off the lights, adjust the temperature, and more, from the comfort of your bed! How cool is THAT?! Breakfast was a bit continental, but satisfying.(It WAS Xmas day, after all) With IHOP being a 4-minute walk away, though, who can complain? I checked out thru the app, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
