  Upon checking in, the reservation which was under my wife's name wasnt greeted by the staff, the verification process to ensure she was who she was wasnt done well. What i mean is that when she showed her ID, the associate didnt even look at it. When it came to breakfast in the morning the attendant wasnt active at keeping the kitchen stocked. The waffle batter was out and you could hear her on her phone in the kitchen with the door propped open. It seemed that knocking on the door to get her attention was nerve wrecking even though I initially said hello several times with no response. Another bad thing is that there wasnt a alternate meat option aside from pork which is a downer. The location is decent, but service could be better. Im undecided if id return to this location or not.

  No problems with reservation, room is nice, clean and fresh, staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, cookies and hot beverages at night in the lobby are "homey". Nearby restaurants. A list of recommended local eats in the lobby is a nice touch. Business trip. Would stay again.

  Use to be very nice and clean but seems to be slipping in services provided while prices just keep rising. Lack of enough parking, digital key system didn’t work each of our last 3 visits and, front desk doesn’t seem too concerned about any customer concerns. I love Hampton Inns but I see this happening more often than not. You guys can do better!

  I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times because it's convenient for me. This past visit was a final one for me. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. Very outdated, rude staff, especially Nikki with the oily hair and crappy attitude at check in. HILTON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SO CALLED HOTEL

  The hotel was conveniently located to the main road rt 278 Our group occupied three king rooms on the second floor. The rooms were clean and serviced properly. We appreciate having a fridge and microwave. It appears that the rooms had seen some updates maybe ten years ago, but the updates were done poorly. The bathrooms are small. How small are they? The doors of the bathrooms open in and actually hit the toilet. One can’t sit on the toilet (or stand at the toilet) with the door open. Forget about putting the bath mat down, there is not enough clearance below the door for it to swing open/closed without bunching it up and moving it. The heating/ac units located on the outside wall are ridiculously loud. Bring good earplugs for sure. Even with earplugs the units are still loud and interfere with sleep. Some of the units are poorly located and they blow directly on the bed. The entire hotel needs a serious re work. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and offered a kind greeting. They all seemed to be very busy at work whenever I saw them. The breakfast was very nicely done, maintained and amply supplied throughout the time it was open. There was a wide variety of types of hot and cold food available - something to please everyone. There was plenty of food and seating, even when a college team was being fed. One functional enhancement would be to install felt or nylon pads on the feet of the chairs located on the hard surface floors. Moving the chairs causes a lot of unnecessary unpleasant noise. Overall, I would stay here again. I would ask more questions about the room and ask to see the room before I moved everything in. Maybe we just got some older rooms.
