- JCJames ClimesNov 7, 20254.0Upon checking in, the reservation which was under my wife's name wasnt greeted by the staff, the verification process to ensure she was who she was wasnt done well. What i mean is that when she showed her ID, the associate didnt even look at it. When it came to breakfast in the morning the attendant wasnt active at keeping the kitchen stocked. The waffle batter was out and you could hear her on her phone in the kitchen with the door propped open. It seemed that knocking on the door to get her attention was nerve wrecking even though I initially said hello several times with no response. Another bad thing is that there wasnt a alternate meat option aside from pork which is a downer. The location is decent, but service could be better. Im undecided if id return to this location or not.

Nearby restaurants. A list of recommended local eats in the lobby is a nice touch. Business trip. Would stay again.

Lack of enough parking, digital key system didn’t work each of our last 3 visits and, front desk doesn’t seem too concerned about any customer concerns. I love Hampton Inns but I see this happening more often than not. You guys can do better!

Very outdated, rude staff, especially Nikki with the oily hair and crappy attitude at check in. HILTON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SO CALLED HOTEL
