I was skeptical at first and cautious because of a incident that took place at the Nashville Home 2 suites. I framed it as some sort of corporate policy or tactic. I did not have that problem here. In fact I give the staff here at this hotel my highest regard. They are warm, welcoming and inviting. Poised and professional. The room was great and to overall site of the hotel is fantastic. When I lived here 23 years ago, nothing like this existed. Some great additions have been made to the area. Highly recommend this specific hotel.

My only hang up is housekeeping expects a tip. And leaves a card in room basically saying.. After almost,30 of cleaning ,I have never seen or heard of housekeeping wanting a tip
