Worst hotel I have ever been in. The front desk lady, very rude and inconsiderate. For the price you pay you get nothing! No room service, no free breakfast, and definitely no satisfaction from the front desk. Everything I asked was a very rude no as if I was ignorant. Never never will I stay here again! And I doubt anything will be rectified, especially since I’ve read past reviews and I still see nothing but very Rude staff at check-in.I went to the bar to get dinner and no cook showed up!! I have medical issues and had to uber to find food. This place is costing me money!!! Can you say discount??? But I doubt it

I am honestly shocked that this was a Hilton hotel, because my experience was nothing like what you would expect from them. First off, there was no water, no ice, and even though it clearly said free breakfast online, there was none. The heater smelled like it was about to burn the place down if I kept it on for more than a second. Then the pool was closed, even though it said online that it was open. That was one of the main reasons we booked this location, so that was another huge disappointment. We also got forced to switch rooms because the people under us complained about “noise,” even though we weren’t doing anything. When we got moved, the new room was even worse, the bathroom door didn’t close, and they put us in a conjoined room without telling us, which made me extremely uncomfortable since I had my little girl with me and we’re all women. The front desk guy tried to be helpful, but I did not like the way he was talking to my daughter. It came off weird and inappropriate. And on top of everything else… the room had roaches. At that point I was just disgusted. How is this a Hilton? To make things worse, I was also charged a different price than what I was quoted over the phone. Overall, I’m disappointed, uncomfortable, and honestly upset that I wasted my money here. I expected way better. I came here to visit my soon-to-graduate Marine. This was supposed to be a joyful trip, but it turned into a terrible experience.

I came into town for a military graduation a couple weeks ago. What I thought was going to be a great trip seeing my son graduate turned out to be absolutely horrible because of this hotel. Came to check in at 4pm on Thursday and wasn’t able to check in because my room wasn’t ready. When I finally got in a room, it wasn't cleaned properly. I was aggressively overcharged by the front desk lady Marlo. When I came to her about the charges that occurred on my bill. She said “it’s not my problem, take it up w management”. Even though she was rude I did that and was completely ignored. The GM Nick Heyward said there was nothing he could do for me to combat their mistakes. It felt like it was more of my fault for booking w them. Way different than any Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. Will never visit again! I would suggest you do the same. Oh not too mention the multiple number of leaks. Doesn’t seem like the building or business is being taken care of.

This hotel is horrible. The only thing saving them is that this is a Hilton property. Rooms are dirty and smelly and the front desk person I think her name is Marlo sucks!!! Very rude and hogs the free bottle waters like she bought them herself. The complimentary coffee that is being served to all guest were in containers that were not cleaned out properly. Come to find out the kitchen lady over the coffee was not cleaning out the coffee pots daily!!!! Thing is the general manager Nick Heyward knows this but does not want to do anything about it. I don’t know how many times I came down during my stay and was standing at the front desk waiting because he was in office or not being attentive to the front desk. Very unprofessional. To have a paying customer wait because of his laziness. The hotel is going to make money because it is a Hilton property and this is Beaufort. But when it comes to comparison to other cities and Hilton properties it does not at all compare.
