The Hampton Inn Beaufort hotel features 76 rooms, including two suites. We have some hotel rooms with scenic South Carolina marsh views. Hotel amenities include microwave/refrigerator units in all rooms, free hot breakfast, local calls, high-speed internet access, in-room voicemail, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and cable TVs with pay-per-view movies and games. (Hotel does not offer rollaway beds). The Hampton Inn Beaufort also has a seasonal outdoor Pool (closed October-March).
The Hampton Inn is located 5 miles to the Parris Island Marine Military Base and just a few miles to the downtown Historical District with its many Shops, Restaurants and the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park.

We never saw anyone from housekeeping, and the only way we got fresh towels was to go to the front desk and ask for themI understood that there were renovations under way, but I wasn't expecting the elevator to quit and no one attempting to repair it. My wife and I are both in our 70s with bad knees. We reply upon necessities such this to to and from our second floor room. The front desk clerk when I could pry her from her cell phone could offer us no help other than "sorry." Somehow, we make thru the night. I really doubt that I will ever be back
