- BVBarry VandiverDec 24, 20255.0Plenty of parking spots because there is a parking garage you can park in for free. The rooms are very spacious and well lit. Maybe a little too bright. I wish they had had some dimmer lights at the bedside. Everything was clean and the shower has good water pressure and it was nice and hot. Very modern room with USB ports throughout the room. The breakfast in the morning was good. Lots of options. Very friendly staff. Nice size TV in the room with Netflix. The only issue I really had was there was a minor bug issue in our bathroom and the bathroom door didn't latch. If I'm ever back in town though I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I love Home2Suites.

We had a confirmation email and everything. Then they refused to refund us the points even though it was hotel policy and told us there was “nothing they could do”. We called management who told us we could book another room for $400…. out of our own pockets. We took it up the chain and they told us they’d give us $30 worth of points and that we could “take it or leave it.” Absolutely horrible experience. Do not bother staying here unless you are fine with them giving away your room even when you have a reservation and already paid.
- SWStacey WNov 29, 20255.0We enjoyed a 4 night stay as a family of four at this hotel. Clean rooms, nice fitness center and top notch room darkening curtains. They also have awesome DIY breakfast sandwich options that changed daily and suggested a sandwich of the day. My only negatives - lumpy pillows need to be updated. Half of our pillows were not great - wish I would have brought my own from home. The couch was stiff but seeing how it is also a sleeper sofa , understandable. I also think the elevators should be only accessible by room key - you don't pass the lobby before the elevators and it feels like a safety issue.
