No need to list the issues. To the hotel’s credit, as soon as I reported my poor experience with the manager on duty, she was immediately apologetic and concerned, explained corrective actions will be taken to improve AND offered a healthy refund. The manager’s actions were professional and helpful to keep me as a loyal employee.

Hey quick question Hilton, if your charging $75 for one night for a pet, is it too much to ask to not have a flea infested room. $360 for this this room and experience is $200 too much.

My husband and I stayed there for one night… barely slept because the bed was so uncomfortable, and the room was musty and smelled off… So much so that we were wrongfully accused of smoking in the room and charged an ADDITIONAL $300!! This is the worst experience and I am extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your money go to a motel 6 for a better experience.
