    Very easy to get to from the interstate. Lots of food options nearby, but the breakfast options at the hotel are also good. On this stay, everything was well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But honestly the best part was the shower! The water pressure was amazing! Everything was clean and quiet. And the options via the app (room key, check in/out, TV control) were very convenient!

    Dear Hampton Inn Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Anderson location. On 07/17/25, at approximately 9:24 PM, I called to check on my reservation status as I am in town for business and have work early in the morning. During this call, I spoke with an employee named Dillon (if that is indeed his name). Unfortunately, he made the process extremely difficult and ultimately canceled my reservation, stating that I could not check in due to my age. He also told me to bring someone who is 21 years old, despite the fact that this booking was made for business purposes and was confirmed beforehand. This situation was not only inconvenient but also highly unprofessional, especially given the late hour and the fact that I am here strictly for work. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and ensure that other guests do not experience the same issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. I never seen a person fight so hard not to get paid. He deprived his company out of profit that could have been made
