First room we moved into had no hot air and the water was lukewarm not hot. They told us to wait for a mechanic the first five minutes we were there. I waited. No one showed up in the first 10 minutes after that phone call rather than keep waiting for a mechanic right when we just got there, we moved back down to the lobby, asked for another room. We finally got another room. The next room we had had a shower that was busted. In the shower wall had missing tile fixtures. The shower wand was not able to stay in place and stayed at the bottom so you had to hold it. We were only given one towel in the second room. These details are a bit annoying, considering the price and the name. Hilton just takes someone who cares to spend a little extra detail on basic things to make guests comfortable. There was also bottle tops in the hallway as we walk down the hallway, I think management should take this review as a sign that they need to stay on top of things.

We had our wedding here over the past weekend and all I can say is they are top notch!!! Mary and Bri had every detail figured out and even dealt with our somewhat crazy requests. There was nothing they weren’t willing to do!!! They were so responsive and made everything go flawlessly. We stayed for the whole weekend and all of the staff were so friendly and made the whole experience just so fantastic!!!

This place goes above and beyond, especially as far as hospitality goes! As a young, solo travel with her dog, this place truly was a safe haven for me after my tent flooded while camping and I struck out on several other places to stay. I tried to book a room online, however when I arrived at the hotel I discovered by card was frozen and declining. A HUGE shout out to Melissa, who patiently worked with me to figure out how to pay the deposit to stay the night. She was extremely kind and reassuring as I was panicking and crying trying to figure out what I would do. This place truly was a life saver for me and I cannot recommend them enough!

My cousin and I stayed at Hotel Loom. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine — clean room, smooth check-in. But when we came back from dinner, the magnetic door lock stopped working, and we were locked out for about 45 minutes. It was really inconvenient after a long day. The front desk lady said she’d “upgrade” us to a room with a better view, but that was honestly nonsense — the room was basically identical, and there isn’t much of a view anyway (the hotel’s in the middle of nowhere, not exactly oceanfront vibes.) It wasn’t the worst stay ever, but between the lock drama and the fake upgrade, we’ll probably try a different hotel next time. Also, be advised of the parking fee which is apparently $10 a night.

Loom is a nice hotel in a great location — super comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and the overall vibe was great. That said, a few things made the stay frustrating. They never mentioned there was a parking fee, and I was just charged $10 a night after the fact - labeled as “valet” on the bill, even though it was actually self-parking across the street. When I got back after a long day of work around midnight, my room hadn’t been cleaned, and then my key stopped working (again), so I had to go back down to the front desk. None of it was terrible, just annoying after a long day. Overall, nice place but could use a bit more attention to detail.
