Its a decent stay, upon entering its a nice sized room. Looks well decorated and felt clean. The issue i had was with the heat. It was freezing outside and the temp inside of the room felt the same. The thermostat that is connected to the wall wasnt even connected. I gave it a tug and it just fell off. So no heat for us that night.

Unfortunately, our recent stay at The Loom Hotel in Warwick was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional front desk conduct by Laurie. After my fiancé requested a room change because of cleanliness issues in the bathroom which wasn’t cleaned and was assumed to be a biohazard. She abruptly hung up on us. When we addressed the issue in person, Laurie was dismissive, handled the situation poorly, and demonstrated a clear lack of conflict-resolution skills. Despite us being the primary guests on the reservation, we were questioned and ultimately told that we could leave, which was shocking and not in line with basic hospitality standards. This experience was stressful and unacceptable, and we hope management addresses this to prevent it from happening to other guests.

if you’re headed to Providence this is probably about 25 minutes away and maybe you wanna be closer but for me I need it to be closer to Warwick so it was a great location. The rooms are spacious and I love the idea that it’s this old mill that’s been converted into a beautiful hotel which has a little bit of industrial field to it still but very cozy and warm. It’s a great place for a weekend trip. I love that they had parking included and you don’t have the extra 40 bucks per night added to your room so role convenient and it’s close proximity to 95 and 295 so it’s easy to get in now.

Loom is a cozy hotel with a really cool historic vibe. Rooms are nice, comfortable bedding, good water pressure. Restaurant burger was a hit with a fun oyster happy hour! The biggest impression was made by front of house manager, Liliana. She helped us resolve a slight issue with checking in and then continued to ensure our stay was wonderful. Not to mention she’s everywhere! At the desk, in the restaurant, still helping customers after her shift. A wonderful representative of the hotel and I hope that’s recognized by her supervisors. Thank you Lily!

This is my favorite hotel in Rhode Island! The rooms are clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the water from our room. The Brook Kitchen + Bar in the lobby offers fantastic vibes and delicious food, a special shoutout to our server Mishi G. who took exceptional care of us, ask for her if you ever dine here! The staff at the LOOM Hotel were kind and helpful, a special shoutout to Laurie at the front desk! We will be back🙌🏽
