  My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. Upon entry, the hotel was beautiful. It felt clean, spacious, it felt somewhat high end. There's a bar and restaurant as well. The room layout was not my favorite but it was OK however the cleanliness could use some improvement. Although finding hair is not a huge deal breaker. I can understand how that can be one for some people. With that being said.... there was a LOT of hair in the bathroom on the floor, counter and towels. We were super tired after a super long day of traveling so it didn't matter but still. If the housekeeping supervisor was doing her/his job well, it wouldn't of been an issue. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre at best. The gas station breakfast next door was hands down the best. The bartender needs some training as she didn't know how to make any of the drinks we requested or even the ones on the menu. Drinks were priced well and tasted good after having to wait a while for her to figure it out. The shuttle driver was a 10/10 and provided wonderful service. The front desk was left unattended many of the times we stopped by for assistance. There's a small sitting area near the front desk where we sat at that was not cleaned at all through our stay. We know this because it was dirty with food on the floor when we got there and the same stuff was on the floor when we left days later. The location of the property is right next to the airport which is what made it a convenient location for us. Would stay here again as there is definitely room for improvement. This location has a lot of potential they just need to know how to manage it well.

  Mediocre, better than a roadside motel but otherwise few positive things to say. Has the aesthetic of a well-maintained and inviting place. Gorgeous outdoor patio space but the hotel basics are all bad and wrong. Our youth sports team reserved a block of rooms with two beds; two families ended up booked into single-bed rooms and got relocated across the hotel. Getting that far took significantly more arguing than it should have. Hallway smells like a rabbit cage, vague "eau de turd", like a septic backup never got fully cleaned out of the carpets. No cigarette smoke odor, at least. Rooms seem hastily wired in a way that raises the question of fire and electrical hazards. Wires knotted and slung together, power strips plugged into power strips, aerial surge protectors used as extension cords. Photos attached. Despite this, coffee maker was located across the room from anywhere it could be plugged in. Hotel wants to nickel and dime you on everything. Zero breakfast options outside of hotel restaurant, too slow to eat at. $2 orange. $5 ATM fee. $4 tan-colored coffee.

  Thursday September 18th through Tuesday September 23rd, 2025>Traveled 16 hours from HOME back near by Chicago all the way out to Providence all by myself nobody else with me ❤️❤️ This was basically for my birthday getaway trip at Double Tree by Hilton Providence Airport Warwick next door to Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. This location even had really sweet kind adults with Disability working during the week so I'll definitely be returning if not too expensive at this location. Didn't really need 2 beds it was cheaper that way and came with a really nice Courtyard view Really beautiful at this location and all staff we're super friendly and was just 10 mins from my partner ❤️❤️ Pretty expensive staying here and very high on taxes like $111 just for 5 nights and my room was $178 for 5 nights. If affordable I'll definitely be back again coming from Chicago Suburbs. TV's in rooms could a hanging pull out on the walls to plug in Roku. Felt really safe each night a day the area is pretty clean. Room was pretty comfortable each night. It was super quiet each night and people are really friendly out in the area.

  Everything was fine with one exception. The Blu Bar bartender AB could not have been more rude. Needed a to go box and my check. Was met with "whatever" and walked away from me. So I went to Tavolo next door which has a nice happy hour for all of my late afternoon food and beverage needs. If you stay there and AB is working i suggest you do the same.

  Stayed two separate nights flying in and out of the airport. Both rooms were very dirty. Mattresses were old, firm and uncomfortable. We were expecting a renovated hotel and instead we got lipstick on a pig....
