That checks you in. I won't say any names. Bad attitude? Bad, just just I can't even describe it. Sorry that she's feeling that way or having to work when I killed her. What kindness, very rude, unprofessional, just like to post that for that other than that the hotel was great pool, jacuzzi, and the other staff have a great new year

Location is great. We used the app to check in ahead of time so we didn't even need to stop at the desk on arrival. Went straight to our room and used the app as our room key. We watched our own shows on our Netflix account, and had pizza delivered from nearby. Good location and easy access to highway.

Also the night staff person kept referring to my service animal as a pet and I kept reminding her it was a service animal willing to show any paperwork

The shower head was not working properly it was literally just dropping water, there was no shower nor spray. Almost like drooling water. The rooms does not have USB charger like other Hampton Inn's. They probably need to upgrade. I have seen better laid out Hampton Inns.

The are there at front desk if you need anything but other than than your key in done in app along with check in and check out! The key for the room is also in the app! You never talk to anyone unless there us a issue.
