Stayed here for New Year’s Eve. Great hotel and truly fantastic service across the board. One small piece of feedback for Hilton Honors: at check-in, members are offered “complimentary cocktail gifts,” which sets a certain expectation. At the bar, however, the option is limited to a single holiday rum punch or beer/wine. Not a deal-breaker at all, but clarity matters. A little more upfront framing would align expectations and make an already great experience even better.

We stayed for 3 nights and celebrated New Years. The service and food was perfect. The room was comfortable (with big windows) for our family of 3. We stayed in a room with Parliament view. For New Years Eve we could hear the Electric Music Festival and watch the beautiful midnight fireworks from our window. We danced and celebrated while being warm inside (it was -23°F outside that night). The breakfast in the Executive Lounge with the gorgeous view of the city was wonderful and the variety of food was great. The hotel is perfectly located and walking distance for all the city has to offer. We loved our stay and recommend it 100%. Would stay again someday.

This hotel delivered a level of service far below what is expected, especially during a stay over Christmas and New Year’s. On one evening, around 11:00 PM, the lights in my room stopped working. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that there was no technical staff available at that hour to fix the problem. I was forced to spend the entire night without lighting in my room, and the issue was only resolved at 11:00 AM the following day. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. In addition, the housekeeping service was clearly deficient. I had to request room cleaning multiple times, which shows a serious lack of organization and operational standards. Due to these repeated issues, I decided to check out one day earlier. I informed the hotel 48 hours in advance, yet the manager refused to refund the unused night, stating that because the reservation had been prepaid, nothing could be done. This makes no sense. Since when is a guest obligated to stay for the entire reserved period if they provide advance notice of an early departure? At the very least, I should have received a refund for the unused night. I am also a VIP loyalty member, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have had excellent experiences at other Hilton properties, but this location was, by far, the worst. The way this unit handled my stay is completely inconsistent with the standards Hilton is supposed to represent.

A. Girard

Great location& view, great room, seems clean. Had a room in level 10 in a corner for 1 night. If you forgot your pool slide sandals, they have some disposable one if you ask for. Glad I didn’t paid too much, expected way better. Would like to know how things worked as it was my first time and didn’t have to ask for something each time. Or maybe just refer to a paper document and online one to know everything we have to know for our stay. Tv are not up to date ; do not have option to use Netflix or Prime video or YouTube. Do not have « small » facial clothes with normal shower towels. Ask for more but they bring us some hand towel instead. Food is very poor quality ; taste and cooking is bad, waste of money, very disappointed. Food menu is short ; I was suprised it did not have a great menu and good quality. If you want service, you have to ask them twice. Paid parking are a little far from walk especially with the slope from one way. Even if you have the good place to not be disturbed, you will be cause they fill the floors from up to down and will not put you away from others if you ask. Can’t know where or wich level people are disturbing you all night.
