Booked my room through a 3-party provider and I knew that I would not receive Hilton Honors rewards for the booking, but I was told on site that any charges to the room (room upgrades and food/drink charges) will be eligible for rewards. After spending hundred at teh property, I did not see any points after I checked out and after being on hold with Hilton's Customer Service for an hour, I was told I was "misinformed". Ridiculous.

An absolutely horrible experience. After paying more than $2,000 for a three night stay, no one was able to deliver a wine glass or a corkscrew to my room. Apparently this hotel does not have room service. I took time out of my stay to explain the situation to Alizée Verati who was in charge of the front desk. The only "solution" she had for me was to proceed with the exact problem I had already explained to her. Although she was very polite, she didn't actually listen to what I explained or offer an actual solution. The condition of the room was horrible, with cracks in the sink and a dingy bathtub. The towels were rough and seemed quite old. To boot, when I ordered a martini, the olives were soft. Until now, I had a certain level of confidence in the Hilton name. Well, no more.

William Went Above and Beyond! I can’t say enough good things about William at the front desk. During our stay for the RONA Momentum event, we ran into a last-minute issue — we needed some important documents printed right away. Without hesitation, William stepped in and completely saved the day. He found a way to get everything printed quickly and professionally, and did it all with such calmness and kindness that it instantly eased our stress. On top of that, he was just genuinely fantastic throughout our stay — welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that, especially under pressure. You can tell he wanted to help us just from the kindness of his heart. It's so refreshing to see that sort of warmth nowadays. William is an absolute asset to the hotel, and I truly hope management recognizes how exceptional he is. People like him are the reason guests come back. He really deserves a promotion!
