The housekeeping staff at this hotel casually placed my pillowcase on my luggage on the floor, and they did not replenish the toilet paper when it ran out.
I’ve been staying here for ten days, and there have been unpleasant surprises every day. Yesterday, they didn’t even make the bed.

We stayed two nights at the hotel over New Year's weekend. On the second night, the power went out until noon the following day. The staff was, overall, very helpful. Unfortunately, the main drawback was the lack of security in the parking lot. The room was clean, the bathroom door didn't lock and, being a sliding door, it was quite heavy to open, and the furniture was rather old for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast buffet is good; you have to pay for each day if you want to eat breakfast there, even children pay half price. ‼️They make you sign a waiver upon arrival, stating that they are not responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism to your vehicle. Then, on Saturday morning, while talking to a family leaving the hotel, we learned that their car had been stolen the night before.🚨
This place is abusive, and rude, the manager gave me 3 cookies as compensation for the destroyed new years eve dinner, stating that it was not his department. On Jan 1, 2026, after my check out, the airport shuttle driver was driving very fast slipping and sliding on fresh snow. The other passengers were also concerned about the speed.
This place is cheap with everything and should be a motel 6 not a Hilton.

The power went out at 1:27 on Friday night and then the generator also went out. There were no hallway lights, no water, no heat, no phones. We were on the 12th floor nobody from the hotel ever came to see us. Finally the hotel made an announcement at 7:40 staying to stay in the room 8:05 second announcement to stay in the room as it was dangerous because no safety lights. At 9:35 I was watching out the window and a cat generator arrived they hooked it up and I saw that the generator was working at 10:15 we grabbed our luggage and took a chance when we got to the lobby I asked the front desk why they didn’t make an announcement to say that the generator was on and she replied we don’t want everyone to leave at the same time! I was shocked that a large hotel like this had no proper system. I will never ever stay here again I would not feel safe.
Edit: Updating rating because I appreciate how quickly management responded. Hope the issue is addressed.
The shuttle driver was so rude and condescending I was in utter disbelief.
When the car pulled up, his tone was immediately hostile and interrogative. He greeted us by repeatedly asking WHERE ARE YOU GOING WHERE ARE YOU GOING to which we were like um the double tree..? Pointe Claire..?? The car is literally labeled double tree pointe Claire..? Then he accused us of not calling to request the shuttle, to which I showed him my call logs. He confirmed I called the correct number but was adamant that I didn’t call…
Then we waited 40 minutes for some flight crew that had just landed (when we could have driven to the hotel and back with time to spare). While waiting, 2 other people tried to board and again, he treated them like criminals. He refused them board, saying we were waiting for other people.. meanwhile this van clearly had tons of room for more luggage and plenty of seats.
He was all jolly and chummy with the flight crew, but if you’re just a regular person, do yourself a favor and book a different hotel (probably one that has the airport shuttle on a regular schedule). The last thing you need to deal with after a long flight is this jerk.
The staff at the actual hotel were great. No problems with the room either. This 1 star review is solely a reflection of the shuttle driver.
If the management is reading this, the driver was working at 10pm on 2025/12/17. Looked like he was in his 50s, facial hair
