We did have a rude encounter with the restaurant staff. Our Swedish guest made an honest mistake (company expense report) with his tip amount and was rudely confronted by the waiter for giving a low tip.

I usually stay for 3–4 days, and they never offer even one bottle! Would it really be that hard to include water in the room rate? Out of principle, I refused to buy water from them — it’s just shameful. I’ve been to almost every country in Africa, and they always provided two bottles of water. In Africa!!!
