  We had one of our blindspot review specialists stay at this location and they experienced that the booking process was slow due to only 1 person working the desk, although the staff at the front desk during check in/check out were very welcoming and friendly. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Our only recommendations would be to have more people working front desk during peak times and more dining space during breakfast.

  Loved our stay. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast hit the spot. Location is excellent! Rooms are nice. Indoor parking (huge benefit in winter). Thank you Homewood Suites by Hilton Tremblant!

  We would never go back to this hotel. The construction alone made our experience quite unpleasant. We were not told there would be constant noise. We were able to understand about 25% of what the receptionist was saying.

  We stayed at the Homewood Suites by HIlton in Mont Tremblant, for 3 nights, we have mixed feelings about our stay. Our check in was not overly welcoming :( The manager came in and was friendly and helpful near the end. We were disappointed that there is NO GYM. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel and had specifically called to confirm. I showed the number we had called and was told I had likely talking to a central booking line and had been misinformed. Some reviews and google searches also show there is a gym area. PARKING is $30 not specified and when I asked if there was parking elsewhere I was told there was not. ** NOTE* you can park in a lot just short walk away. This is when it gets almost humorous - LACK OF ACCESSIBILITY- we parked and loaded our belongings onto the trolley, and took the elevator to our floor, but there are stairs to get to the floor our was room on. So we had to lug all of our belongings down the stairs and then 2 long halls to our room - we were on the 2nd floor. I can't imagine doing this with winter gear, coolers, strollers etc. Please note**This hotel is not accessibility friendly** There was fire alarm testing one morning during our stay.- which we weren't advised about until we got down to the lobby, via the stairs. Our room was great, older, but clean and the kitchenette was helpful. We had a lovely view and the the balcony was cute. The fireplace was cozy - but unfortunately not gas - and you have to pay $7.50 for logs. To access the hot tub /pool area and sauna requires more stair climbing. Both were clean and the hot top was large. The breakfast was handy and had all the basics, after being there for 3 days, they could have changed it up. Smoked chicken and scrambled eggs each day. Coffee was hot , oatmeal and toast etc. were good, so that was a bonus. And the kitchen staff was friendly. I wish we could give it a better rating, it has potential to do better, even just on small things but for now, we would suggest a different hotel. There of lots within the same price point in the village.

  We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont Tremblant for 2 nights with our two kids, and the experience was very disappointing. The rooms did not receive even basic daily housekeeping. All the room service did was change towels in the bathroom — no bed made, no sheets changed, and no cleaning done. When I called to request the bed sheets be changed, they came and replaced them but still didn’t clean the washroom. It’s disgusting that in a two-day stay, they couldn’t even maintain basic cleanliness. The bathroom floor had hair in the bathtub when we arrived, and the bedsheets were stained. For a Hilton property, this is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning here again.
