Nice hotel, clean rooms and completed amenities. The underground parking is a great help in harsh winter weather. There are many places for dining around.

For the amount we paid, the hotel did not feel worth the price. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The food was often cold, and refills were not done quickly, even though there were many guests. The lobby area where breakfast was served felt overcrowded, with limited seating, making it uncomfortable and stressful to find a place to sit during busy hours.
On a positive note, the check-in and check-out staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a good job, and the room itself was comfortable enough for sleeping.
However, the hotel’s location is quite far from downtown. If you arrive late in the evening, there are no nearby restaurants open, and even Uber Eats was not available after 12 am, which made finding food very difficult. Transportation options were also limited late at night.
We paid $257 per night and stayed for four nights. Considering the price, location, and overall experience, the hotel did not meet our expectations.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Parking was confusing, make sure you get your ticket validated or you will pay full price. Breakfast was also a problem, The breakfast food was inadequate with the amount of guests. Most items where out and lines of those waiting was large. Management needs to redesign that area to accommodate the guests. Also more hooks to hang things such as jackets and hats when you walk in the room.

Everything is ok, however, first day i came to check in, because its late therefore i didn’t ask them to change the bed cover and blanket, under the blanket have a lot of hair from previous customer, after that i request them change the bed cover and blanket on the next day, better you wait until they change the bed cover then you go outside, it will make sure exactly what you want. The bed too soft, it made my back feel uncomfortable. Other things should be fine, if you stay outside for travel around Quebec. Staffs are nice and friendly

Fake promises, don’t believe in ’100% guarantee satisfaction’
In our breakfast, 30 minutes before closing, eggs finishes, and I went to the reception to request replacement for the eggs! The answer ‘we don’t have more eggs, takes 15 minutes to prepare, the restaurant is managed by somebody else, we don’t have a responsible person on site, I don’t know the demand’! This explain the hotel!
