  Wow. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. After a seven hour drive from Toronto, I was tired and still needing to get my disabled husband settled in our room. Linda, at the front desk, saw my exhaustion and helped make our registration quick and painless! Once I had my husband settled in the room, I went to see Linda to ask some questions. She listened and I have to say, I felt heard. She said that it looked like I had a lot on my plate and I started to well up. I did. She offered me a hug and I didn't realize exactly how much I needed one. I thanked her and asked for a few items that I knew I would need for the room, like extra garbage bags. She was more than happy to help. That was my first time at Home2 Suites by Hilton and I can say that it won't be my last. The room was spotless. I requested an accessible room and they didn't disappoint. It was a no-step shower with an installed seat so my husband could sit while I showered him. There was an apartment size fridge with a small kitchen sink and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable but I think that it was a double, and there was also a sofabed to accommodate one or two more people. Outlets on both sides of the bed, as well as lighting. We could adjust the thermostat which helped my husband who is always cold. There was a cafeteria style breakfast included that had a variety of choices from cereal to toast/bagels to boiled eggs or cheese omelettes with a choice of bacon or sausage. It was pretty good food. Oh and the coffee was really good, as were the various juices on tap. All in all this was a great find. The staff was topnotch from Linda at the desk to Rene in the cafeteria. They actually both helped me get my husband back into the car was we were leaving. I was so impressed with those women. They truly went above and beyond for this customer.

  Thank you for everything Home 2 suites Hilton! Great customer service .👏 Special thanks from my heart to Linda at the front desk, who on new years eve while i was feeling down , went above and beyond to help me feel at home at the hotel, and gave me a big hug , which at this given time and situation was most welcomed and help me find new years wearables to celebrate and welcome 2026 with my wife in the hospital. Thanks a lot Happy new years .........Until next time .

  This is a mid-range hotel that can be a little noisy, but the provided white noise machine makes a big difference. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and a gym.

  Highly recommend to families or parents with kids under7. Their kitchen facility is amazing which has added an extra touch to our stay. Cosy clean and memorable. We didn’t had positive experience with Montreal city but the stay and property was great. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, surtout aux familles ou aux parents avec des enfants de moins de 7 ans. La cuisine est superbement équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Confortable, propre et mémorable. Notre expérience à Montréal n'a pas été positive, mais le séjour et la propriété étaient excellents.
