  A younger brown female receptionist accused me of stealing my own car and held me hostage for an 45 min one night and another one accused me of not being a guest when i asked her where the gym was. Never coming back

  Room was perfectly fine, but their "new" breakfast changes were awful. They've discontinued their breakfast buffet and replaced it with a voucher toward the hotel restaurant. I needed to eat as soon as breakfast opened to make it to the airport. I followed the signs to the breakfast area, but the sign at the door said it was closed. I went up to the reception, thinking breakfast was now at the bar there with the buffet discontinued, but was told that was indeed downstairs. Went back down, got seated in the "closed" breakfast restaurant, and ordered a breakfast sandwich off their "Express" menu. I waited and waited, as the apparently only staff member slowly brought one person's food after another. After another 20 minutes, he brings out a breakfast burrito, which was not what I ordered. I didn't have time to wait for them to try again, so I told them to forget about the sandwich and left. Went back to reception to check out, told them about the issue, and was told "everything's taken care of." By which they meant that they'd charged my credit card the previous night and weren't doing anything about my lack of breakfast. Not even an apology. Took the shuttle to the airport and wound up buying breakfast there. At least the shuttle was prompt?

  I stay at Hiltons across Canada. Whether it be a Doubletree, Hilton Garden or the Hampton Inn. At every location there has been free brewed coffee in the lobby. This location in Quebec however wants $3.50 a cup and you have to use the stupid nesspresso machine in the lobby. Parking is 32.00 a night. Pizza and one drink was $50.00 at the restaurant. I was going to stay another night but now I am moving my hotel. Not happy with this cash grab from Hilton, its normally not their style, If this becomes the norm at other locations I will change my primary hotel choice to Marriot. Not impressed Hilton....good way to lose customers. Everyone wants a simple fresh coffee when they get up and no one should pay$3.50 for a cup of coffee when they are a guest.

  The hotel location makes is so that it is hard to access anything. The shuttle driver’s driving from the airport to the hotel was absolutely terrifying. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff and service are good, but the food is overpriced (they gouge their prices knowing there aren’t any other restaurant options around). A few of the front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful, until one lady was kind enough to actually look into wrongful charges to my reservation.

  Nice place. Quick check in at 1130 pm. Shuttle comes to airport at 10 and 40 on the hour every hour, no need to call like I did. Quick and courteous check in. 2 bottles of water given at check in. Restaurant closed and not many food options walking distance but there is a strip mall about 15 min walking distance. Uber Eats delivers here too. Very comfortable beds . Decent showers . There is a pool on the property too. They let me store my luggage after check out for a few hours. Friendly staff
