    We were very pleased with our recent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The walk-in shower was both attractive and accommodating. Our stay included New Years Eve, and I was concerned it might be noisy, but we didn’t hear a sound from other rooms, floors, or the traffic! The breakfast bar was well-stocked and provided a variety of choices for all dietary choices and needs. The location could not have been better! We were centrally located to eating establishments, within minutes of every north/eastern suburb, and just a short drive from the city itself. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

    We had a fantastic experience. The room was quiet, dark enough to sleep in the morning, beds were firm enough so my back did not hurt in the morning but comfortable for all three of us.

    Read the reviews first - I’m the last person you will find complaining but I had to check out early bc I couldn’t bear one more night here (had a 3 night stay). First room had a mouse in it (per previous reviews, this is normal?) Got moved to a different room where my toilet wouldn’t stop running no matter how many times I fixed it. Stains on the duvet. There’s no fan in the bathroom so there has to be black mold everywhere. Hot water for 30 seconds. Literally ran the shower for 15 min before even getting in and I felt like I was doing a cold plunge. No wonder it’s on the “less expensive” side. Not even sure I’ll get my money back - that’s how bad I had to leave

    So many issues with this stay, starting with a room assignment with a toilet that didn't flush. After settling into my room, I had to call the front desk who told me he would send up a maintenance man - no... I pushed back that I wanted a different room. Maintenance isn't needed to come on my time. I went back to the front desk to request a new room. The rooms are very dark, but otherwise ok. Service at the front desk was also decent. Both showers taken got cold mid way through and then got hot again. Not sure what that's about. At the night, the train came at least 3 times so we got 0 sleep. If I knew we were this close to tracks I would not have booked. Nothing the hotel can do about this but bookers be aware. Lastly, breakfast was subpar, missing a lot of reported items, and the homeless person stealing breakfast food for later and then loitering in the lobby made it even worse.

    The rooms need updated and the hotel isn’t very clean. There was a hole in the wall in my room, stains on the carpet, and my bed frame was breaking. Moved to Hampton Inn Warrington which was much nicer and cleaner. Very disappointed because I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was very nice.
