Not long before our visit, I injured my leg. The room we reserved did not have a walkin shower. I called the day of our arrival and spoke to Aja, who facilitated a room exchange with another guest so that I could have the easier shower arrangement. Very helpful and much appreciated! The hotel appears to be well managed. Everything ran smoothly, despite there being 5 wedding groups on site that weekend. Nice suite with everything we needed. Great breakfast, too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My wife is handicapped and we paid a good price for the room and NO BREAKFAST 2 days in a row and we are DIAMOND MEMBERS IT IS ALL ABOUT THEIR WEDDING VENUES GUESTS SCREW THE REST! We asked for a handicapped shower chair and I WENT TO WALMART AND BOUGHT A STOOL SO MY HANDICAPPED WIFE COULD SHOWER!!
