This is not to say everyone else wasn’t great, but these two gentlemen truly represented the amazing effort and attitude crafted by the hotel leaders! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful with our kids—she even gave them a book and spent a moment encouraging them to read, which really made their day. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Overall, a warm and welcoming experience. Would definitely stay again.

A nightlight that comes on in the BEDROOM area that you can’t shut off and have to try to cover with objects. Overwhelmingly fragrant sheets and towels. Many people have fragrance sensitivity, including me. Sheets need to smell clean not like perfume. No sound proofing. You can hear everyone in the halls. Someone took a shower in a different room at 2:30 in the morning and the water pelting sound was so loud it woke us up. For all this it was over $400 a night. Glad I only had to stay 1 night.
