Tea handled our request with such kindness and efficiency, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and well lit, and everything in the room—from the heat to the plumbing—worked exactly as it should. The breakfast selection was solid, and the coffee was consistently good. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the staff. Every employee I encountered had a stellar attitude. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm—which made a noticeable difference during my trip. I especially want to give a shout-out to Kat at the front desk. She has a caring personality, sharp wit, and even reminds me a bit of Susan Sarandon. Lil (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was also wonderful—extremely kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is exciting because it already looks great. My only small critique would be the elevators—particularly elevator #2. It makes some concerning noises and the doors take quite a while to open once you reach your floor. Hopefully it’s something they’ll address during the renovation. Room rates were very competitive, and overall the experience was excellent. Thanks to the outstanding staff and the quality of the hotel, I plan to stay here more regularly when I’m in the area for business. You won’t regret booking a stay here—trust me!
