I had turned the heat up to 75 and the heater would be on and then get really loud and wake me up. It kept waking me up so I got up to turn the heat down so it wouldn't wake me up to find out it never went above the 69 it had been at when I checked in (even though it was set to 70 at that point). There were loud people in the hall all night. Got breakfast and went to drink my apple juice and there was a bug in it. Which made me completely lose my appetite and throw my whole remaining breakfast away, which was fine because the French toast wasn't cooked anyway. In the elevators you can see through a vent and when you get to the ground floor whatever level you can see under it is so dirty and there is trash everywhere. Someone else I am with said their room had a bunch of broken stuff in it, such as the shower head, though we didn't go into detail to talk about what else was wrong with it. The bug in my juice was definitely the last straw. I showed everyone I was with and the guy serving breakfast was beyond the door and saw me throw it away and went to check out the machine after.

He's always happy and willing to help and will go out of his way to make sure your is stay is great. Rodney deserves a raise
