We called the front desk and Caleb answered and I told him what happened and without batting an eyelash Caleb was able to find it and mail it to us. Thank you Caleb for your dedication to your guests and honesty and simply being a super helpful to us. I hope your company will recognize your all your efforts. This Hampton Inn said we got a problem, we can't check you in because you're not your wife. It was late and I wasn't going to call my wife, so this front desk person could hear my wife say, it's ok for me to check in. My 1st Hampton Inn paperwork said hello, with my wife's name. My 2nd paperwork had my name on it. I said here is my paperwork with my name on it. OH, he said. No problem.

They do everything 100% correct from the warm greeting upon arrival last night to recognition. As a diamond member to our complimentary snack, a fabulous array of cookies and fresh coffee in the evening, very clean room. Super comfortable bed. Great shower. The staff in his hotel is extremely helpful and friendly breakfast in the morning was spot on everything prepared and displayed exactly the way it should be not thrown together. Like a slop house very neatly organized. Well, run The lady handling breakfast was an absolute delight. Light, I will stay at this hampton.Anytime i'm in the area and I can only say that I highly recommend this hampton inn to anybody, staying in the area one hundred percent ace, they do it perfect

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient—right off the highway and close to gas stations and restaurants. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to stay here again.
