I called late at night I had to make a trip in the area for early the next day , they got me a good room at a fair rate . It was very clean and the gentleman at the desk when I showed up was very professional and even gave me a water . About 15 min after I got to my room they checked in with me VIA txt this means alot most places don’t care that much about your experience

Okay so I am normally not one to make reviews and I feel bad to even write this but i had an awful experience here. This was my 3rd time staying here and the first two times i guess i didnt inspect as deeply as i did this time. This time i stayed I pulled the bed back to check for bugs like i normally do when staying at a hotel and in my room i was in there was food under the mattress as well as a pill and bedbugs…. i complained and got transferred to another room next door which i’m glad because i checked again and there was one on the back of the head of the mattress i did take videos to show the front desk. Ive experienced this before so i do know what i am talking about. even though he tried to gaslight me that it wasn't. Again i was transferred to a different floor. that room seemed to be okay but since i have a phobia it was hard to rest. I think the whole place needs to be shut down and bombed/ heated because the whole place is carpet walls and floors. just not ideal, it’s where bedbugs like to hangout. I feel that i should have had my room comped because 3 times to move is a little ridiculous. They also made me feel like it wasnt a big deal. I relayed the same message to the lady who worked in the morning. she seemed more concerned about it. if you do stay here just be careful and check everything really well because they are very small. I came here because my boyfriend was staying for work with his company and i wanted to visit. Im actually freaking out that he is still staying there. They make alot of money from booking the rooms they should really invest in a better extermination. because from the looks of the reviews it seems they have a history !

I made a reservation for two nights with a pet on Expedia. My reservation receipt stated the pet fee would be $50. Upon arrival I was told my reservation invoice was incorrect and I would be charged $75. My expectation was that an appropriate response from the hotel would be to honor the pet fee stated on my my reservation. But they refused.
