No blankets in room and when I got some from courtesy desk they were rough and old.TV in main room would turn on but no picture and then it wouldn't turn off. I am writing to share my highly negative experience at The Plymouth meeting, Pa hotel and to register a formal complaint regarding the service and security issues encountered during my stay. The customer service was appalling. Furthermore, know that my personal belongings were accessed in my room without my permission, as items were missing. I had to call the police and file a police report. When I reported this serious security breach to the front desk and manager, I was told there were no camera recordings or records of anyone entering the room besides myself, which I find unacceptable. Also the cameras were not working how inconvenient. On top of the security concerns, the room itself was severely outdated. Due to the complete lack of adequate customer care and the serious security issues, I absolutely would not recommend this hotel. I had reservations for the week and immediately left and went and reserved another room at a different hotel because I did not feel safe and secure staying there. MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE.....STAY AWAY!!!
- TBTito BrysonNov 8, 20251.0Stayed here for the Special Olympics event and was absolutely disgusted at the level of care. Was in a room with a pullout couch that was setup before we arrived. We were told blankets and pillows were in the closet (they were not). When I went to the front desk to ask they said they could provide a sheet and some extra towels I could try to use as a pillow. The bath tub was covered in multiple different types of hair, there was stains on the comforter in the main bed, and the floor was not vacuumed. What a great way to spend the weekend with my child who has special needs.
