Great hotel in the small town. Have stayed here a few times, and service has always been great, rooms nice, clean, as well as the entire hotel. Included breakfast has always been good as well. Would highly recommend if you're considering staying here.

This hotel was STELLAR! I believe it is recently remodeled. Our front desk person that checked us in - Laurie - was fantastic, and remembered talking to me on the phone several hours prior. She is competent, informative and friendly. We are traveling with two dogs - the fee was I think $75 flat fee no matter how long you stay. I asked for a first floor room and got it - easy peasy with the dogs. We even were slightly past the mid way entry door (which is locked 24/7 - yay!) so we just zipped in and around the corner so didn't have to deal with the dogs and the lobby or an elevator.
The room was spotless- I have zero complaints!
It was also very quiet overall. The only irritant was some loud guests in the hallway leaving at 6am. Some people's children!
The beds were comfortable with plenty of great pillows, and even an extra blanket in the closet which we didn't need.
The breakfast - wow. Nicest included breakfast I've ever had. Two flavors of waffles, lots of different toppings, juice machine, bagels, two kinds of scones, other pastries and muffins, hard boiled eggs, as well as mini-omelets and cottage potatoes with lots of sauce options.
We ate at the nearby diner last night. Very cute 50's vibe with so/so food. Not bad but not fantastic. It was "fine". We probably should have stuck with burgers, fries and shakes.
All in all, a very nice stay with a huge field to walk the dogs, and a doggy waste bag station and trash can. Also, well lit, clean parking lot that felt safe.

Carol and Sarah were extremely helpful with getting my family booked even during a busy and nearly sold out weekend. Carol seamlessly took care of combining my two separate reservations when we realized during a car show weekend that we would need to extend. It really helped to take all of the guess work out so we could enjoy our time.
My toddler had a great time exploring the room and breakfast area. Everything was clean and tidy so even during their remodel.

This motel has been remodeled. Unfortunately, I think it needs a personnel and management overhaul as well. The greeting at the front desk was neutral. The elevator was next, its floor was filthy. Up to floor three I go. Elevator door opens and I step out unto another filthy floor. Down to the room I go. It looks nice. I go get some ice for my soft drink then start looking for plastic cups but only find the paper type for coffee, which I don't consider suitable for cold drinks or water. I set my laptop on the desk and sit down in the chair. I can not comfortably reach the keyboard (I'm 5'10"). I try to adjust the chair height but find it to be already at it highest setting. I end up working on the bed.
At bedtime I find the bed firm but comfortable and the pillows great. I sleep well. In the morning I head to the shower and find hair in the tub. OK, no shower. I dress and head down for breakfast. The selection looks good but I find the western omelet thingies are refrigerator cold and the potato cakes are lukewarm. I throw my breakfast away for fear of food poisoning.
Checkout was as neutral as was check-in. I was acknowledged, and asked if an emailed receipt was OK. That was all. No "How was your stay" or any such inquiry.
I expect much better for $150. I will be cancelling my planned November stay at this motel.
