Very poor planning !!! No traction in the tub either… Will never stay here again!!!

At several points the front desk was unattended and there was no one there. The management at this hotel is awful because it is clear they are disorganized and understaffed.

Still waiting after 2 weeks for a resolve. While being told the manager would call us back, 2 weeks ago but when we call them the manager is either always in a meeting or not working, the district manager is not available and Hilton corporate was little to no help. Don't swipe payment before seeing the bill.
