Out of all the Hilton Properties, this was 1st time you must pay for breakfast. Then they remove the coffee/tea containers at 10am. Until 6am. Room looked nice at 1st, then got closer look at floor near door/bathroom. Didn't notice until last night there. Thought it was a pattern on floor, but then saw them moving. Ants everywhere....Most Hilton TVs have access to sign into Netflix or other services, they only had handful of channels, and HBO. WIND one 2nd night was strong outside, but my door sounded like a hurricane, whistling wind noise, none stop all night, coming through the door clearance. I don't use microwaves, but since they removed the hot water from lobby coffee station, had to nuke paper cup of water for the teabag I had from last week Hampton Inn. The rotating tray was not the correct size, it rotated like a drunk UFO. Most of the water stayed in the cup. I know better now, plenty of Hilton properties in area.

Convenient for expo. The swimming pool is nice and entertaining for kids. But the room is somehow noisy at night.

I love this hotel the atmosphere the location. Most staff are very happy to serve. The problem I experienced was water related. No hot water is unacceptable for you patrons. It is common occurance here. Fix it. Moving rooms with no water on the new rooms floor either. Yes corprate took care of me for 1 night. Front desk needs to be able to respond and fix the problem without an attitude. Thankfully Im making it to a family funeral with unwashed hair. But at least my husband can take a shower and shave.

It was very close to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center (where Monster Mania Con was)! The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they even have a fancy bar/restaurant!
