We call down to the front desk, and they tell us to come down to the front desk to get one and put it on ourselves. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never been told that before. Go down to the front desk to get the fitted sheets, and we are then told they do not have any.

Management was very dismissing and just tried to move us to another room and didn't comprehend the fact that bed bugs are no joke, they are highly invasive. Did not give us a full refund and just kept saying he couldn't do anything. This motel has a contract w the volleyball teams, so that means the motel was full of kids and parents, and to know that rooms have bedbugs is just disgusting. And the front desk guys face was just unfazed by the facts. We left that same night without a refund smh

- RGRY GuyDec 20, 20254.0Stayed here for a convention at the Expo Center next door. Was a great stay at an affordable price considering it was a convention room. Lobby, Hall, & Room were mostly spotless. The tub was a lil dirty, that was all. Room was well equipped with all the fixings, toiletries, & extra towels you'd need for a long weekend. The in suite kitchenette was a godsend. The suite was large and with the King bed, pull out couch, and pullaway bed we were able to get by request, all 3 of us staying in the suite had our own beds. Location isnt ideal though as even though its one of 2 hotels dedicated for the Expo Center, your still almost a mile away, basically ensuring you still have to drive despite everything. Breakfast service was great and was nice to have a full spread available. Hotel parking was abundant & staff was nothing but helpful & welcoming all weekend. Despite being right off the interstate, noise levels were surprisingly low with only the occasional siren being heard. Good place to stay for Expo Center events but not perfect.
