Room was clean. But, I could literally hear everything going on in the room next door. It was as though we were sharing a room. I listened to the conversation, passing of gas, snoring etc. I felt like shhh them a few times so I could sleep but it wasn't their fault. Something needs to be done. It was ridiculous . For the price I paid, I expected more.

I want to give a shout out to Rafael. He needs a raise and recognition for his professionalism in dealing with rude guests.

The staff at this location is wonderful. We are staying here for 2 evenings. The gentleman who checked us in (10/14/25) gave our Labrador Retriever all the love. He also gave us helpful information about the app and Honors Program that we were previously unaware of. Then the woman who helped us this morning was super sympathetic to our situation and resolved everything quickly. She was also very nice to speak with and had a friendly demeanor. I cannot thank her enough for her help. The situation was that for whatever reason, the elevators at this hotel have to make the loudest dinging sound at every single floor regardless of whether or not they're actually stopping there. And there are two of them. This in itself is not really a huge issue except that in room 312, you hear them both going off all evening. For whatever reason, the sound echoing in our room sent our dog into a full blown panic attack. We didn't figure why she was freaking out until the morning. They immediately moved us to a different room (402) where we can no longer hear the elevator; our dog is so relaxed now. Someone has got to change the sound of those elevators or make it so they only go off on the floor they stop at or something because they are overboard right now with how loud they are. Aside from that, our first room was meh in regards to cleanliness. There were a couple of broken things, the mini fridge had been left open so the room smelled like ketchup?, and the AC unit thing was pretty gross (I think it was mold? I couldn't tell) so we kept it off the entire night. The second room is at a much higher standard. Nothing is broken, it smells clean, it is clean, and the AC unit is also clean upon closer inspection (this is important as my husband sleeps with a CPAP). Rooms are spacious. Shower curtains are barely long enough, but they work. Water pressure is the best I've ever experienced at a Hilton owned hotel which is a godsend as someone with thick, waist-length hair. TLDR; Rooms seem to be hit or miss. Water pressure is on point. Staff is wonderful! Elevators need to be lit on fire. Free breakfast was fine - waffles are always a hit. Would come back, but would be more scrutinizing about the room upon check in.
