    I would like take a minute to tell you about Heidi and her Trainee John very late one November night. I week prior I received word that a dearly loved uncle of mine passed and I needed to travel to the area. I arrived after midnight to this hotel and had the absolute pleasure to meet Heidi and John. I was tired from travelling all day and I had not made reservations. These two phenomenal employees moved heaven and earth at almost one in the morning to book me a room that night and for the next couple of days. because of them I was able to stay in the same hotel "this hotel" as other loved ones which would become crucial to supporting my family that had lost such a wonderful father, husband. Heidi and John were extremely professional, caring, patient and understanding of my plight and there actions that night ensured I will stay at no other hotel when I visit the area from now on. To the owner and operator of the Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia Montgomeryville, Excellent job and finding these two stellar individuals. To Heidi and John... Your actions that night made and incredible difference for me and my loved ones. Thank you so very much.

    It is a modest Hampton. Nothing special. Not dirty not amazing. Asked for a room away from the elevator early in my reservation . So sure enough I got the room right in front the elevator and was woken up constantly. Thanks for reading the notes.

    Forced to rate this a 3.5 / 5, else would have been a clear 5/5. The 1.5 miss was because I did not get any room service (rooms were never made) despite staying for 3 nights and written by the hotel, rooms will be cleaned every alternate days. The hotel is amazing , rooms are enormously big, the check in at reception was seamless. Water will be provided only if requested but there is a water fountain available behind the breakfast area. Breakfast menu is limited but that is good enough. There are good restaurants nearby , the area is quiet and peaceful. With a 10-15 mins walk you can reach Wegman’s supermarket and Montgomery mall.

    The company i work for put us in this hotel. For most part its alright. The first thing I will complain about it that front desk won't let anyone bring delivery up to your room if they see them coming in and that really sucks and is a huge inconvenience for their customers. Most of the ladies at the front desk are nice but the younger guy although not rude isn't that good at customer service. Make sure you request room service if staying various days because they will try to cheap out and not provide it. The elevators suck and are really slow for having 2 elevators. The breakfast is alright and they provide coffee 24 hours a day. There credit card machines are outdated so don't expect to do tap to pay here. I would stay here again. Place needs a little updating but other than that is well maintained.
