The hotel has a very cramped parking lot and parking garage, the lobby and food area was not as clean as I would have expected. The same food pieces stayed under the tables for my entire stay. The Lobby bathrooms (that we used during conference breaks) were out of toilet paper, dirty and most of the door latches were broken. The staff was friendly. My room didn't have cold water for the first have of the stay and the blinds had some tears so cracks of light came in, but not awful. There were no bags in the garbage which felt gross to me, but maybe that's normal? I don't travel that much. One big plus was you couldn't use the elevator without a room key. The other thing that is worth noting is there were dogs barking about half a dozen times during my stay. Not a huge deal, but startling and a little disruptive Summary- wasn't the worst place ever, but definitely could improve in some areas!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even checked to ensure I was enjoying my stay. The room was clean. One Elevator was not working but they had someone working on it before I left. Location is a win. Easy access to food places and walkable. I felt safe. No complaints except I needed fresh towels and housekeeping didn’t replace them. It wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is comfortable and the fitness is huge (compared to other hotels) The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was because there was no food service available in the evening.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service here is horrendous. Don’t book your stays here, there are better hotels in the same area for sure. I was there as a part of a wedding party, my brother got married that day. We booked our room weeks in advance. When we arrived at the hotel at 10 PM, we were informed that there were no rooms available due to burst pipes. We asked for a refund, but the representative Would not give us one, and would not give us a working number for the third-party website through which we booked the reservation. It makes no sense that a company as big as Hilton would not have a phone number for a service that books hotel rooms for them. The representative also use profanity when dealing with us, Which they should not be doing no matter what the situation is. We are still trying to get our money back even though we got no hotel room and terrible customer service. Nobody ever reimburses you for all of the time wasted in tracking down your money, or for the last time with your family that you should be spending together on a joyous occasion. Now my memories of my brother‘s wedding will always be scarred with this horrible experience.Do yourself a favor and book someplace else
