- JCJerry C.Jan 1, 20265.0I refer to the Hampton Inns as the Little Engine That Could. This location is a perfect example of a hotel performing as a high end hotel. All I ask is that the staff is welcoming and polite. They were all of that. The room was immaculate as it should be. They have the newer Hilton TV system which is a huge improvement of what Hilton had before. Breakfast was very good. Will stay here again on the next road trip. This is another location that if you have a problem, and they can't satisfy you, you are the problem.

Elly at the front desk was lovely and the hotel was responsive in general. Breakfast was ample and delicious. We wish we'd had time to enjoy the beautiful pool and facilities! Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-New Stanton is doing Hilton proud :)

Due to the misspelling, it took awhile to find the double booking over the phone. However, Elly was patient, clear, and professional as she resolved the issue. I await my stay next week!
