My curtain rod was broken when I moved into the room. Complained not fixed. Tv went out (no fault of anyone) and it took 1 weeks for someone to replace it. Was given a tv that had streaks in it. Like burn in streaks. And was told it was brand new...... no it wasn't. One of the hdmi spots was broke as well. Do not stay here. It's disgusting.
