From the moment I arrived, my experience at the Hampton Inn was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay.
At the front desk, Rena greeted me with a welcoming smile and professionalism that immediately set the tone for a wonderful visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that every question was answered and every detail was handled with care.
Each morning, I was met with cheerful energy from Tammy or Jess, who served breakfast with such kindness and attentiveness. They made sure guests started the day not only with a great meal but also with a great mood, their friendliness was infectious and uplifting.
Housekeeping, especially Emmy, deserves special mention. Every other day, my room was refreshed with precision and care, the bed perfectly made, fresh towels waiting, and amenities thoughtfully replaced. Emmy’s attention to detail and pride in her work truly stood out.
Altogether, this stay was way above pleasant, it was memorable, comfortable, and filled with genuine human warmth. I left feeling appreciated as a guest, and that speaks volumes about the staff and management here.

Kelly and her team care about their customers. Anthony in house-keeping is really outstanding. He is so kind and helpful. Breakfast isn't always at a high standard but the biscuits & gravy were good. This property is very old. The rooms are very small. I feel this hotel is a Hampton Inn Lite, It has the name, but not the same brand quality, I am used to with Hampton Inns. Adam was quick at check-in, but then somehow the next day, service took hours. Also the sign said Diamond Members got a drink and snack. I was just given 2 bottles of water for a 5 day stay. No snack. Not even offered one. Hot water is almost non-existent in the sink. The shower takes 10/15 min to warm up. Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment, but Kelly, Anthony, and Adam made it the best they could, given the older condition of the property. The location was fantastic.
