First the only good thing about this hotel was that the front desk staff were wonderful, both the person with the red beard working at 7pm on Dec 28 and the young person with long dark hair working at 10:30am the 29th were fabulous.
Our room was filthy, there was a thick coating of dust, dirt, and human hair on surfaces throughout the room, when we wiped the bathroom floor with a wet tissue it turned black, the toilet had some "stuff" all around the seat, and the chair looked like it had dried blood on it and was black with dirt in many spots and the carpet felt both damp and sticky. It was so bad I went and bought cleaner and used 2 cans of disinfectant wipes cleaning the room to a safe level for my kid to set foot in. It smelled like I mildew as well. The pool area was also unsafe. My kid put his hand out of the pool to grab the edge and his finger was sliced wide open by the rough surface. He has a 1/4" gash 8n gis finger. The mattresses were the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel was old, run down and dirty in the areas we saw outside of our room as well. They did comp our one night and waived the cancellation fee.

Right off the highway so it's easy to find. Rooms are clean and smell nice. The workers are attentive and helpful to their abilities.

Don't stay here. The floor in our room was dirty. It needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The elevators were beat up and dirty too. I don't know what kind of self-respecting housekeeper could leave a room in the condition ours was in. We are Hilton Honors Members, and expect a certain level of quality when we book Hampton Inn, or any Hilton Property. They are usually clean. Not this one. Yuk. Pass it by. If I had read the reviews, I would not have stayed there. I wrongly assumed it would be up to Hampton Inn standards, but I was wrong. I will be reading reviews in the future before booking.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The lobby staff did not answer the phone after 10pm—on multiple occasions I called over 20 times with no response. The first night, the heat in my room didn’t work. When I went to the lobby, the staff member was distracted on his phone and only then moved me to another room.
The second night was even worse. My neighbor was in the middle of a loud domestic dispute that went on until 2am. The phone in my new room didn’t work, so I had to call the lobby from my cell phone, but again no one answered. Even the toll-free reservation line tried twice to reach the front desk and couldn’t get through. I overheard the woman involved in the dispute say she was sleeping in her car.
Between broken room amenities, unresponsive staff, and serious safety concerns, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.
I always stay here when I visit my family in the area. I will choose another hotel in the area when i visit next year.
On a good note, breakfast options was good. Having coffee, tea and water complimentary 24 hours is a plus

First, my digital key wouldn’t work. Went back down to the desk. He refreshed but gave me physical keys. Went back to room. Keys worked. Room was cold. Went to the thermostat to adjust. Wasn’t working. Called the front desk several times. No answer. Went back down 2 more times to the front desk to ask to change my room. Both times I could find no one.
I would have tried again, but I injured my knee and it is causing me great pain to walk.
This morning when I went to check out, I asked for a discount or some concession on my stay.
Manager said, we’ll need to have maintenance look at it. I guess she thought I was lying. She said I’ll contact you. 3 1/2 hours later, still no call. I was charged the full amount. I froze last night in this hotel room without a working thermostat.
I will never stay here again. I may never stay at another Hilton. I am an honors member. Hate to see how non members are treated.
