    Great breakfast, nice rooms and super friendly staff. The pool is clean and the facility is well kept. Conveniently off the main highway.

    I stayed here one night for a wedding and overall wasn’t pleased. The one bright spot was the receptionist she had about 4 people come and check in at the same time and was able to get everyone checked in with no issues pretty quickly. The room was the problem. There was dust over all the surfaces and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned well. There was an overall musty smell and the floors were a little damp.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Fantastic Experience – Year 3! This is my third year working with Jessica Mackey, the Director of Sales at Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Joy/Lancaster, and once again, she knocked it out of the park! Every year, our group comes back because Jessica makes the entire process so easy and stress-free. She’s incredibly organized, quick to respond, and truly cares about making sure our stay is a wonderful. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming — but it’s the level of service that really sets it apart. Jessica goes above and beyond every time, and it shows in the way our group always feels taken care of from check-in to check-out. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you, Jessica and team, for another wonderful stay!

    Arrived to a less than acceptable room. The furniture is worn and stained, the carpet is pulling up from the floor. I can’t make out the smell. Im here on a corporate stay, so I didn’t have much choice in hotel- but will absolutely not let our booking team book this hotel again- too many other choices in the area.

    The mattress in our room 432 was worn out and caused us to lose sleep! It dipped down in the middle. We told the front desk when we left and she said she would have housekeeping check it.
