  I had a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Lansdale during a recent work trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—exactly what I needed after long workdays. A special shoutout to Peter, who truly went above and beyond. One morning I was in a rush, and without hesitation he offered to wrap my muffins so I could enjoy them on the go. That level of thoughtfulness and service really stood out and made my stay even better. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area for work or leisure.

  Stayed here for one night. They put us on a floor that had. Five yr college reunion right next to elevator. When we expressed our displeasure they just said sorry about that! Paying money for very little rest and lack of curiosity by management will not bring us back nor will we recommend to others.

  My family is having to live here as we await our settlement on a house. The general manager her, John is fanatastic he's so caring, helpful and overall concernex for peoples well being. The front desk people have been great, very helpful and willing to do what they can to help you. Id give this hotel a million star if I could because my family and I have been hotel hopping and weve been to some nasty, disrespectful hotels!! We always love and will do what we can to stay at a Homewood Suites because they are literally like an apartment. They supply everything you need. I love the floor lamps and would love to buy some.

  Cons outweigh the pros, so I'll list those first: The noise was so disruptive. Maybe noise dampening windows and walls were not used? Bathroom sounds (number 1 and number 2) can be heard loudly from the upstairs room. Talking in normal conversation also audible from the room upstairs and next door. Up until after 1 a.m. both nights. Train horn blaring loudly like the windows were open, which they were not. Charged a fee for parking. The hotel is not in an urban area, plenty of spaces in the large parking lot. Yet they charge for parking? Seems greedily ridiculous. Also there was no sign saying we would be charged. Pros Staff is very good for the most part. When I called to comment on the parking fee, the manager told me to call Hilton Honors, who in turn said they have nothing to do with the fee. I called back and the assistant manager was very directly helpful. More staff thanks: they helped with an item I needed, going the extra mile to help. Coffee is quite good! The room was clean like I expect from Hilton. Hoping next time to actually be able to sleep, which will likely be at another hotel.
