My stay was on 11/9 in room 224. The clerk charged my card after it was reserved under my mother’s card. I called the front desk twice and they didn’t help. When my father called they told him it was a temporary hold. It has been a week and the $100 charge is still there. I want my card refunded for the unnecessary charge by end of business Monday 11/17/25.

Very obviously old. Overpriced. It's one of only two hotels near Longwood Gardens so I'm guessing that's how they stay in business. I didn't make the arrangements, so it wasn't until after our stay that I even knew there was a pool, restaurant, etc. I just saw a small bar next to the front desk. No information in the room. Just two bottles of water that had a tag stating they would charge you 3$ if you drank them. Tacky.

UPDATE: Your response is completely inaccurate. I appreciate the attempt to "save face" but your choice to reply publicly and not privately only reinforces the point. This shows the lack of respect, and discretion. While I understand this may not fall under HIPAA jurisdiction, publicly referencing a guest's medical situation is still a serious breach of privacy and hospitality ethics. I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past 10+ years. I supported them even after seeing past reviews about bed bugs, and mold, and having an elevator that feels like it is going to get stuck every time...but I will never stay here again. The level of professionalism we experienced this visit fell far below what I've come to expect from the Hilton brand. I truly hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at how this location is being managed. (For anyone visiting this area, the Home2Suites by Hilton in Glen Mills is a great nearby alternative with better service, nicer rooms/bathrooms, and a full complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning).

The Hotel front desk clerk, Marco refused service to my construction team after a credit card was declined. He refused to run the card again after they resolved the issue with the card (a business credit card) He was rude and racially charged against my guys who were Hispanic. They just walked off a construction site and probably didn’t look as clean as some of the other guests at the hotel. I think Marco didn’t like what he saw and decided to decline service. When asked to speak to the manager he simply said they were not available. As a hiltons honor member I’m disgusted at best with this hotel and Marco’s poor attitude!!
