You are greeted when you walk through the door with a pleasant voice welcoming you. The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal. The lobby is spotless and beautiful. The location is amazing with stores all around you. We forgot an item at home and there was Walmart basically right there. The rooms are spotless and beautiful. If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is for you. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. Your customer service is phenomenal. Thank you to the guest room attendant for a spotless room. To all the staff thank you for all your hard work and dedication. It definitely shows. We will definitely be back. You all are truly amazing!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Took over an hour at 2am to get access to a room, and was given someone else’s reservation. No phone support of any kind for person on duty to resolve access issue. Manager complained to me about being called at 2am at checkout. Manager declined to verify facts with cleaning staff who backed me up. Charged fully.

Was charged twice for the room, I made prior arrangements and paid with Booking.com, Glad I caught that error and glad they did fix it. Very noisy, since the room being next to the highway and while noisy construction happened right outside my room
- SWstan williamsDec 7, 20251.0Arrogant staff. No amenities. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid My wife and I checked in and she complained the rate charged, plus $100 for incidentals, was not the rate booked. The attendant said it was take it or leave it rate. The next morning she went to continue the billing dispute but another couple was complaining about the same issue. They had the manager or the owner on the phone where he declared he CAN change the rate (they DOUBLED the daily rates) without notice and he boasted it was legal. He can deal with our credit card company. We travel 10+ times per year. Hilton will be off the list. Marriott doesn't do this.
