    Our trip was very nice. We were greeted by Charis. She was very friendly and helpful . She answered all of our questions professionally. Charis checked on us during our stay. I liked that.The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.🙂

    Perfect location within walking distance to Kitchen Kettle. The hotel is also extremely clean. Any staff we encountered were very pleasant and concerned that we were satisfied during our stay. The breakfast was fine. The biggest complaint I have is with other hotel guests. During breakfast, for example, one man actually filled his plate with 5 egg omelettes when there was clearly not enough for the crowd. Another person left her breakfast garbage on the table when there was a garbage can a few feet away. People can be so selfish and entitled. Meanwhile, the woman working the breakfast was hustling to get it all done on her own. She was extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. I would just hope for more decent human beings to be hotel guests next time.

    MOST RUDE & NASTY GUY "JEAN OUR CHRISTMAS NIGHTMARE" FRONT DESK CLERK!!!!! We are SILVER members of HILTON and spend a lot of money for their supposed excellent services. My mother my husband and i stayed here last summer JEAN the FRONT DESK guy, didn't want to give us a bottle of water because my elderly mom needed to take her medications in the summer heat. This time December 2025 I was ringing from the pool because the water was very cold to the front desk, he said that he didn't hear the ring. (The lady who works at night shift said that the phone works perfectly) and we asked him again for water because there's icy roads outside and is hard to find stores open on Christmas time and not just he didn't give us water but He was fighting with us and didn't want to give us the manager phone number, and at the end he was making fun of us, I NEVER SEEN a front desk person at Hilton's hotel so RUDE AND NASTY LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS like JEAN is HE has no clue of how help or be to nice to people, he shouldn't be at the front desk, hopefully the manager see this review and get in touch with me or my husband.

    The stay was great, but I’m warning you about the one girl that works there!!! I booked 5 rooms for my friends and I. When we got there I waited about 10 minutes at the desk and no one was there. I finally used the wall phone by the front door to call the front desk. I had to do it 3 times and finally Ayylassa (misspelled maybe) came out and acted like it’s no big deal that she’s on duty but not doing her job. I asked her if she’s on duty or not and told her if you’re on duty then you ought to be right here behind the desk. It was very annoying how she acted like its no big deal. Later that evening we came in and were greeted by Shannon who was behind the desk doing her job well, greeting and welcoming everyone and making sure everyone’s needs were being met. She needs a raise!!!! She was a breath of fresh air compared to the other girl who needs to be fired if she continues her actions. The next morning people were having breakfast and wanting to check out and once again NO ONE was behind that desk and people stood there waiting for a long time and i finally told them to use the wall phone to call. They did and she again didn’t come.Finally they told the kitchen lady that they are trying to check out and no one is behind the desk. She went to call on them and finally she came out followed by another girl and they had some lame excuse they were trying to open the sidewalk and put salt down. Okay, there are two of you, don’t you have enough sense that one of you stays behind the desk and takes care of your customers and the other goes out and does the sidewalk??? Again they acted like its no big deal that many customers stood there and waited, most finally walked away and others had to go call on other staff to get help. The manager needs to step in and fire that girl or train her properly or they are going to lose business. I believe in giving everyone a fair chance, but watching someone act like this on the job is disturbing!!! Otherwise the rooms and whole place is nice and clean, beds great and it’s a beautiful place. Breakfast is good and plenty of coffee/tea all the time. I’ve got more stays booked because its a great place as long as you don’t have to deal with that unprofessional girl.

    After having a terrible experience at another hotel late at night, we arrived here exhausted and frustrated. From the moment we walked in, the experience completely turned around. The male manager was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, even at such a late hour, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We were given an amazing room that was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a stressful night. The entire property was spotless, quiet, and truly enjoyable to stay at. The level of service we received made a lasting impression — so much so that we’ve already booked another stay for January. That alone should say everything. If you’re looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers both comfort and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend staying here. We will absolutely be back.
