  Stayed here for 2 nights -Beautiful Hotel & Rooms -Plenty of counter space for all our things -Huge bathroom & counter space -No carpet in the room, which was really nice because sometimes hotel carpets can get sticky. -Internet was 130Mbps but with a little lag, but it was fine plugged in, just a little slower. -The staff decorated very nice for fall/Halloween, it was very pretty! -The women working the night shift that checked us in on Sunday November 1st, was so lovely! She was a breath of fresh air from traveling all day! -They have a nice firepit outside if you wanted to sit out there. All around a beautiful hotel to stay at, will definitely stay here again if in the area!

  Dozens of little black bugs crawling all over the floor on first floor room. I noticed about 6 of them crawling around the floor and then discovered about 2 dozen festering under my shoes that I had taken off. Front desk attendant put me in a different room on the third floor and I didn't see any bugs there. I trapped them under cups so the staff could examine and hopefully remedy but it was pretty disgusting and disappointing since this is a new hotel

  This is a newer hotel and everything was very clean, which I appreciated. The location was excellent — close to everything in the area. However, the overall room design felt very sparse and minimalist. There’s no carpeting, even by the beds, and minimal artwork on the walls, which made the room feel a bit cold and unfinished. The biggest letdown was the pool. I asked if it was heated and was told it was kept at 80 degrees, but it felt freezing. My wife and son were in and out within 30 seconds. It’s also quite small. Don’t book this hotel if the pool is part of your plans. Overall, clean and convenient, but lacks warmth and comfort for the price.

  We were at the Hampton in September. We met my sister and her husband and his 2 sisters for a sisters week. We had a fantastic time. The rooms were great! We loved the morning breakfasts and coffee all day. It was all fantastic. I do need to mention one of your workers. Her name is Shannon. When we arrived she checked us in. During our stay we saw her in housekeeping, cleaning tables during breakfast. She was sweeping the lobby floor. She cleaned up a mess for us. You don't come by many hard workers like her. She was also very friendly and helped us with places to eat. She is an all around great employee. She is one exceptional lady! Wanda Nelson
