Just wow. Everything is spectacular. Hilton always strives to be the best. The only thing I wish was different was the restaurant (breakfast). It was pricey. I should have added food service onto bill when checked in. The one thing that impressed me was the front desk called me back when she was not so busy. I did not want to wait on my answer to a question and changed my mind. Moments later she called and offered suggestions.

Very clean! Perfect location if you have activities at the KCAC. Pet friendly. Bar and restaurant are excellent. I’m usually not a fan of hotel restaurants and bars but the service and quality is excellent.

We stay in this location often for various sporting events and I cannot say enough nice things! The staff is always so accommodating with our teams, the rooms are spacious and clean. Logan at the front desk has helped me so many times with room changes and is always so kind! Erika Geidel the director of sales also helps us yearly with different blocks. The Hilton Garden Inn at Indiana is the best in town!

Calling for a retraining of this whole establishment. Front desk girls are rude and hardly give you the time of day. Housekeeping came in and cleaned while i was out and came back to half of my stuff thrown away. My 70$ medicine i bought the day prior and also all of my receipts I needed sitting on my desk. After asking the front desk, they found my medication package in the garbage with the medicine missing from inside. A child proof, hard to open bag that was sealed was opened and stolen by housekeeping. Yes HOUSEKEEPING. You would think I would be given a free dinner at the least for the inconvenience, nope, GM offered me a bag of chips on my way out checking out. Terrible business save some money and save your belongings from being stolen and go anywhere else. Especially if you are young! Avoid this place.

I was given a special rate code for our company holiday party and it was not applied to my bill. In the end I was charged 30% more than my coworkers!!! I contacted the front desk and received no help! I reached out to customer service and was directed to the front desk. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
