Called to confirm next day, and a rude male receptionist told me I couldn’t so do, unless I had requested when I checked in. I had mixed information and planned my whole day accordingly. I now have to get ready for my friends black tie wedding at 3pm inside my car. I am a Hilton Honors member 1712695012 and this is unacceptable. Not to say that the room was humid and smelled like mold. I would not recommend this place based on the facilities but specifically because of the awful customer service. Let’s hope I can put on my tuxedo in the back seat of my car.
