Hotel amenities includes: indoor pool, fitness center, game at the lobby, free coffee / tea, and free wifi. The location was perfect for our Hersheys Chocolate world tour. First time staying here and I shall definitely revisit. I highly recommend to all tourists and locals. We have spoken with the front desk and they said they would come up and speak with the people making the noise. I doubt that actually happened. It’s very trashy and we won’t be back. I feel like I’m in a college dorm during homecoming or something.

But what led me to leave this review is they entered my room when I had a do not disturb sign posted. I consider that basically entering my room without my permission, which is not acceptable. I’m paying for the room, my reservation wasn’t done, I didn’t need housekeeping. I felt violated.
- TKTara KunieOct 28, 20255.0I have to say I was extremely happy with our stay. It’s a quick 12 minute drive to the park and has some great restaurants around! I called the night before to see if we could have an early check in as we were traveling with 2 little ones. They advised me to call back after 9 am as the hotel was sold out so they wouldn’t be able to gauge check out this early on. I called back the next morning and at the time they hadn’t had anyone check out yet but took my information down and said as soon as the room is available they will call me back. I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting a call back. About an hour later Linda called back to let us know they had a room cleaned and ready to go for us. You can tell the employees truly care about their guests and every employee we bumped into was extremely nice. We did have some pretty loud neighbors upstairs and I could hear them over the sound machine for my kids. The front desk took care of it right away (it was past 11pm) and even said if I still hear them after 15 minutes of contacting the front desk to let them know. We will most definitely be using this hotel as our go to for our Hershey trips moving forward. Thank you for the hospitality!
- KGkiersten graceOct 15, 20253.0Hotel was really nice. Clean. Only thing was they don’t do late check outs or half days. I tried to pay for a half day and said I needed to book a whole new night so I tried to extend to 12 for a check out instead and they couldn’t do that for a fee either.
