- JJJasonOct 29, 20253.0New hotel but old A/C unit. The hotel was very well kept and clean. Plentiful parking and convenient location. The breakfast was laid out very nicely but not much protein options. The rooms are not soundproof, I stayed on the first floor and quite far from the front desk but I can still hear people talking through my hotel door. A/C unit very old and works when it wants too. Customer service in the morning wasn't so good. Seems like they take smoke breaks every 10 minutes two feet from the entrance. Don't forget to get your free cookies!
- AAAngOct 17, 20254.0Reserved online with credit card and still had to pay at desk, plus couldn't use digital key. But it was easy enough to check in and got to check out digitally while eating a continental breakfast. Hotel was clean and beds were as expected- comfortable. I got a goodnight sleep, even though we left early. Elevator was in the middle of the hallway and there was a door at the side of the building which was nice for our service dog, easy access outside without bothering others. Really liked that. Friendly and professional staff.

Two TV's and a door separating the living room area. Ice buckets and free water are in the lobby. Complimentary cookies, coffee etc available 24hrs. Henri was very efficient and friendly checking us in. No hot breakfast but fresh bagels, yogurt, muffins and cereals. Would definitely stay there again.

There's no HOT breakfast but there is breakfast for those on the go, friendly staff and clean room besides the rose petals under the bed (but this seems to be common in every hotel) my 1 star review is because I got double charged for a room, called the hotel to get it resolved and filled out the form and 3 weeks later im still waiting to hear back. The form said it would take 3-5 buisness days not 3-5 weeks. Really upset with this because like I even told the staff, this stay was better than the normal Hiltons I've been to and way nicer than any best western I've been in. For being owned by a massive corp. This is actually a really nice and thoughtfully planned hotel, just again, I can't give more than 1 star unless they will correct their mistake. $240 is quite expensive for a "cheap" hotel. EDIT: 1 month later and still waiting to hear anything. Looks like they just stole $120 from me 👀
