- KGKatie GogliaDec 27, 20255.0Took a spontaneous trip to Hershey and the staff could not have been nicer! We arrived during an ice storm and the staff was efficient and quick with check in! We got a double queen and the room was spacious and clean! Plenty of hang out space for our 12 year old twins and two adults, especially with the couch and tables! There is a purified water filling station for you bottles which was great but I made a mess and Gloria Beaver, the night attendant took care of right away! She was friendly and courteous and quick to help when we had a Cpl questions later on! Thank you Gloria!!

- JJJasonOct 29, 20253.0New hotel but old A/C unit. The hotel was very well kept and clean. Plentiful parking and convenient location. The breakfast was laid out very nicely but not much protein options. The rooms are not soundproof, I stayed on the first floor and quite far from the front desk but I can still hear people talking through my hotel door. A/C unit very old and works when it wants too. Customer service in the morning wasn't so good. Seems like they take smoke breaks every 10 minutes two feet from the entrance. Don't forget to get your free cookies!
- AAAngOct 17, 20254.0Reserved online with credit card and still had to pay at desk, plus couldn't use digital key. But it was easy enough to check in and got to check out digitally while eating a continental breakfast. Hotel was clean and beds were as expected- comfortable. I got a goodnight sleep, even though we left early. Elevator was in the middle of the hallway and there was a door at the side of the building which was nice for our service dog, easy access outside without bothering others. Really liked that. Friendly and professional staff.

Two TV's and a door separating the living room area. Ice buckets and free water are in the lobby. Complimentary cookies, coffee etc available 24hrs. Henri was very efficient and friendly checking us in. No hot breakfast but fresh bagels, yogurt, muffins and cereals. Would definitely stay there again.
