Now I wish I would’ve never booked for three days because now we’re stuck here. I would suggest not staying at this location!!!!!!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Brandon is the best. Not sure if he is a manager or not but he should be or deserves a raise. He is very friendly knowledgeable and always working doing something. Very impressed by his customer service and great attitude. I had an issue with my toilet function and they had a fixed within a few hours. The reason not 5 stars is because the bed was uncomfortable in my opinion and the pillows werent that good Also the parking was difficult with no back entrance to go in wqith your room key and the elevator seems old and shaky. Other than those things the stay was nice, place was clean, lobby is well done. Gym and pool are a great accommodation. I would recommend this hotel and would go back.
