Julia greeted us at the reception desk, and she was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Our plane arrived early, and thanks to her, we were able to check into our room a few hours ahead of schedule. Jose, the morning chef, was equally amazing. He was pleasant, attentive, and kind—helping me reach items that were out of my grasp and bringing anything I needed without hesitation. Allan from engineering truly saved the day. He heard that I was struggling to get the luggage cart out of the room while managing my wheelchair and came right away to help. He even took the cart down to the lobby for me. I am so grateful for the thoughtful, caring people at this hotel. They made our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable.
