From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tracy and Virginia at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They helped us organize a meeting room for our Saturday night pizza party and even suggested a great local restaurant that delivered delicious food. Their kindness and attention to detail made everything so easy for our team. Akhil, the housekeeping supervisor, was also incredible. He checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure our rooms had everything we needed, and was always available with a smile. The newly updated rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was truly the warm, attentive staff that made our stay exceptional. Huge thanks to Tracy, Virginia, and Akhil for making our weekend extra special — we’ll definitely be back!

The elevator took forever so we took the steps to find a pizza crust in the stairwell that remained there our entire trip. The toilet water didn’t flush properly and had to jiggle the knob for it to stop running. The room served its purpose for a brief overnight stay.
