- JTJeanine ThomasJan 4, 20261.0I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I booked based on the amenities offered. I am not a cheapskate. We tipped the cook every morning after breakfast. We tipped the server. Both got a 20 every morning. We left a 20 for housekeeping even tho we left the room almost as clean as it was upon arrival. On check out I noted to the clerk that this is a nice, clean hotel. As i was calmly and politely explaining what was not satisfactory I was rudely interrupted by the maintenance man who also cursed at me and had a raused voice. Part of me wanted to roar back at him but I did not. I remained as calm as I could with my eyes swelling. He angrily asked what he could do to make it better in his raised voice. I didn't know what to ask for. He barked at me again 2 more times demanding an answer from me. I said i would like a discount on my stay. He said that not happening and that i can have some points. Why ask me what would make it better if i dont have any choice but points. There is signage on the wall for the use of the spa. When I let staff know the hot tub was not hot the staff refers to as a "whirlpool" and that is why it is not hot. Bunch of nonsense there. The 4th advisement on the sign for using the spa warns about hot. I am thankful my 9 year old and his friend were already outside and did not witness the disrepect the maintanve man was handing me. My guess is he is tired of all the complaints. I did not get in the water it was too cold. My son and friend enjoyed the pool and cold tub. Many people went to the front desk to complain about the temperature. I know this because I spent hours watching the boys in the water. I will never use the points because I will never stay at one of their hotels again.

Special thanks to all the staff who helped with setting the tables,food organising and cleaning afterwards..Extremely satisfied with the party hall elegant look and the overall service!Kudos to the chef and team!

The Sales Manager, Katrina and the F&B Manager were extremely supportive during the planning and execution of the party. We used the uplighting service to illuminate the room in purple to support the theme Purple Nights. We had 80 guests in the ballroom and we had an amazing evening. The food was delicious and very well prepared. The party guests were very satisfied with the meal. Jordan did a wonderful job attending to our guests and maintaining the schedule for the evening. His attention to detail helped with making the evening a memorable success.
