I *can* give my impressions and can review the breakfast, which I was invited out this morning to try. I went this morning to try the breakfast at the Hampton Inn Mountain Springs in Ephrata. It's located at 380 E Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522. If you have family or friends coming to the area, it seems like a nice place to stay. They have a cozy breakfast area, right next to the check in area. They have most of the items that you would expect: eggs, cereal, fruit, and waffles. Each month, they have a different waffle! Last month's was churro, this month's were cinnamon and vanilla. They do Red Velvet and chocolate in February. Fun! I also liked that they had different toppings that you can add to waffles and oatmeal. The sausage was good and had honey in it. All of the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly. That always makes any experience just a little bit better. In fact, a staff person actually took my plate and trash for me! Even though I was only there for a short time, I could tell that this place has a very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel itself was very clean and all decorated for the holidays. There was even Christmas music playing lightly in the background.
