    If you need to book for a large group, DO NOT book with this hotel. I had my wedding this weekend and my guests and I stayed at Tru by Hilton Easton. They shut off their outdoor lights on us, refused to turn the fire place back on in 40 degree weather and the front desk clerk (Tim) was absolutely horrible to us. He was condescending, a terrible communicator and so incredibly rude to me and my guests with what should have been a polite and pleasant conversation around the noise. Zero room cleaning for being there for 2 nights and the breakfast wasn’t good either. My only regret to my wedding weekend was booking with this hotel.

    Tru hilton lived up its expectations like every time. Building is a little old, should have exhaust fan in the washroom

    It’s not often that guests are just from up the road (as most are traveling or visiting the area). On Friday evening, we had a plumbing issue go wrong, displacing us from our home for the weekend. We checked into Tru2 (my aunt stays here often when visiting)…. Both nights, Treyvon and Joey (front desk workers), greeted us with smiles and a positive attitude. I couldn’t be more impressed on how they treated us and other guests. Thank you for making our stay comfortable, in an uncomfortable moment in life.

    Room does not have a plug accessible by beds night table. This is important since the room clock is off by several hours and is sealed so you can not change the time. This means there is no where to plug in a phone or personal clock by the bed. Did not realize there were no coffee pots in the rooms, my bad. Also room is very small. Will go Back down the street next time, was interested to try a new hotel
