    Good location. Room was bad. Washcloth from last guest was in the shower the entire stay, through two cleanings. The front desk texted me multiple times to ask how my stay was I asked for room cleaning it never happened. Lightbulb out in the room with 4 lights in it, very dark. Outdated. But the bar and bartender were fabulous!!!

    I did not like booking with book online they did tell me I would not be able to get a refund so I shouldn't have used them but I didn't know how to go about it so next time I book a room with them any hotel I'm going to ask for the front desk if I can't speak to anyone at the front desk I won't book that room again because if I need a refund or want a refund I should be able to get one
