The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was just right, but especially the friendliness and responsiveness of the team impressed us.

Then on the following Sunday I was charged $160 labeled “ATM WITHDRAWAL”. When I called to get some clarity, Mellisa the desk clerk was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence, saying it’s my banks problem and I have to call them. She laughed when I asked to speak to someone else and hung up on me. So in total I’ve been charged nearly $600 for what was supposed to be a $160 stay with zero apologies or explanations. That’s on top of all my expenses with my car. The Hampton at Clarkes Summit made an awful day for me significantly worse. Avoid this location at all costs. The free breakfast also had very stale donuts.
