  Nice place for a stopover on a road trip. Rooms were clean and check-in/checkout easy. Tip: if you are on the second floor, park in back the door there is right next to the 2nd floor elevator.

  I got a flat tire and had to spend the night Friday into Saturday. I was told it would be $160. I was immediately charged $204 twice on two separate charges. Then on the following Sunday I was charged $160 labeled “ATM WITHDRAWAL”. When I called to get some clarity, Mellisa the desk clerk was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence, saying it’s my banks problem and I have to call them. She laughed when I asked to speak to someone else and hung up on me. So in total I’ve been charged nearly $600 for what was supposed to be a $160 stay with zero apologies or explanations. That’s on top of all my expenses with my car. The Hampton at Clarkes Summit made an awful day for me significantly worse. Avoid this location at all costs. The free breakfast also had very stale donuts.

  Thank you, the hotel staff was a great support after my partner went into Cardiac Arrest at breakfast in the lobby. I need to stay on a few days as my partner was being treated in the Scranton hospital. Very kind people work there. Thank you again!

  Well run establishment, you can tell it's family run and well cared for. Service was great and the staff was very helpful. Staff went out of their way to help.

  This hotel was simply amazing!!! There's not a single bad thing to say! When I called prior to booking to confirm if pool/hot tub were in operation, I got a staff by the name of Bob who was excellent and the real reason we booked. He spoke of all the hotels highlights and sold me over the phone. When we arrived Theresa greeted us at the front desk offering us cold water to welcome us along with cookies, and later obtained extra pillows for us at our request. The pool hours are from 8a-10p which allowed us plenty of time to swim/hot tub. Both were clean and well kept. All things were above and beyond. For example, hotels always list "for emergencies call 911" but this location also had their address listed on that signage as well. There were audio impaired rooms that provided a button outside the room to alert anyone audio impaired that they were "knocking." Breakfast went until 10a (we stayed sat, leaving sun). All aspects were great. We got down at about 945a and my children are not fast by any means. When I asked if they would have any more potatoes coming out, the one staff told me she'd gladly make me some if I wanted (putting their finish time after breakfast closed). Despite declining her, I was blown away at the offer (regretting now that I didnt get her name). Before they cleaned up the area, they offered us a last call if we wanted anything further and asked before they shut things down. I would not think twice about booking here again!!! This was hands down one of the better hotel experiences I have encountered. The room itself was amazingly clean and there was nothing remotely gross anywhere that I saw. Such a great experience!
