  Not that bad, small rooms, bed wasn't incredibly comfortable but the price was right. Only concerns were the maintenance, entrance was icy clearly not maintained and the side door was locked coming from the inside which a clear code violation.

  They staff here is very friendly. The house keeping sucks. Hair on everything. Long black hairs on all the towels and bedding. What I would assume was spilled soda on the tables. The stairwells were filthy with spilled food and dirt all over the floors. This is not what I would expect from a property with Hiltons name on it.

  We asked for a late checkout and were approved, which seemed great. Until the staff communicated it to no one. This was our first trip with our infant. The front desk girl did not tell the housekeeper about our late checkout out, so she walked in on me breastfeeding while my baby was sleeping. So she saw me topless and woke my baby up from the nap he needed. We then got locked out of our room twice because the front desk girl also didn’t fix the key card. Along with this, there was a dog HOWLING in the room next to us. This is after calling Wednesday to book and try and set up our late checkout out in advance. The guy told us we couldn’t until we were there in person. We check in the night before this whole fiasco and he was working and then told us it couldn’t be done until a manager was present. There never was a manager present- but the girl who took over in the morning told me at 7 AM we’d be all set. Apparently not.
